Insurance Sales Representative
Location: Denver, CO (Field-Based Role)
Work Setting: Outside sales role with client site visits, networking events, and limited office work
Travel: Local travel within the Denver Metro area
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary + uncapped commission + profit sharing
Position Overview
Join a market leader in insurance restoration services, specializing in disaster recovery, emergency response, and large-loss property restoration. This company is known for its expertise in restoring commercial and residential properties after fire, water, storm, and other catastrophic events. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with insurance carriers and independent adjusters, focusing on large loss adjusters and independent adjusters (not insurance agents). You will drive new business by providing restoration solutions tailored to the insurance industry’s needs. What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong hunter mentality – proactive in prospecting, networking, and driving new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the leadership team.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools.
Preferred:
- Background in restoration, insurance claims, disaster recovery, or construction services.
- Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or claims professionals.
- Former athletes or team-oriented professionals tend to excel in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance carriers, large loss adjusters, and independent adjusters.
- Promote restoration and emergency response services tailored to the insurance industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution for insurance-related restoration claims.
- Track and report sales pipeline progression to maximize high-value opportunities.
- Attend and participate in industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide input on market trends and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
