Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary + $500/month car allowance + uncapped commissions (top performers earn $300,00-$400,000)

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator you will lead sales efforts for commercial reroofing projects in the Greater Austin area. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your estimating skills, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to focus exclusively on developing new business opportunities for commercial reroofing projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX, with local travel for client meetings and site visits. In this role, you will identify and pursue reroofing opportunities, conduct roof evaluations, prepare accurate estimates using EDGE Estimating Software, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to job closeout. You will build and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and roofing consultants while ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or sales.
  • Proficiency with EDGE Estimating Software (required).
  • Experience with all major roofing systems, including single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), metal, coatings, and modified bitumen.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
