About the Role
We are seeking a Quality/Test Engineer to play a central role in developing, executing, and interpreting product testing programs within a new state-of-the-art test lab. In this role, you will:

Design and run testing methods for lifecycle claims, durability, and compliance

Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring accurate data output and reporting

Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address failures

Lead packaging claims testing and manage ongoing compliance processes

Benchmark competitor products and drive continuous improvements from design through production

Support new product development by embedding testing and quality standards from launch

Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, supply chain, operations, and consumer relations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred (Chemical or Industrial Engineering acceptable with relevant product testing experience)
- 4+ years of product testing experience prefferably in a dedicated, in-house lab
- Hands-on experience with physical product testing (durability, lifecycle, claims validation)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend design/process improvements
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and lab tools such as calipers, tensile meters, and torque meters
- Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Strong communication skills for translating test results to stakeholders
- HACCP/Lean Six Sigma or statistical analysis experience preferred
