Job Title: Luxury Retail Manager

Location: Savannah, GA

Work Setting: Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually + up to 15% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-end retail operation in Savannah’s vibrant riverfront district, operated by a premier retail management company. The role spans two luxury concepts: a standalone boutique offering vintage designer handbags, certified pre-owned Rolex watches, designer sunglasses, and fragrances & four in-lobby kiosks launching shortly after opening.

You’ll oversee daily operations across both locations, lead and develop a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Supervisors, and Associates, curate merchandising strategy, manage inventory and scheduling, ensure consistent luxury-level service, and act as the primary point of contact for all store functions. This is not a high-volume, transactional retail setting, it’s a boutique environment where customer relationships, presentation, and independent decision-making drive success.

Why Join Us?

  • Curated Retail Experience: Lead a luxury boutique and adjacent kiosks focused on designer goods in a resort-driven retail model.
  • Autonomous Leadership Role: Operate with independence and ownership over staffing, merchandising, and guest experience.
  • Career Growth & Expansion Opportunities: Be part of a growing portfolio of luxury retail destinations.
  • Competitive Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 salary with up to 15% annual bonus paid quarterly.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match up to 6%.
  • Exclusive Employee Discounts: Significant savings on high-end merchandise.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of store management experience in luxury or high-end retail; jewelry, designer fashion, or resort retail background strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in boutique settings with minimal corporate oversight.
  • Polished presentation and maturity to align with resort clientele and brand expectations.
  • Comfort interacting directly with guests in a hospitality-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

This is more than a traditional retail management role—it’s an opportunity to lead a luxury retail concept within a prestigious resort setting. If you thrive in high-end environments and have the leadership skills to deliver a world-class guest experience, we want to hear from you.
