Retail Supervisor

Location: Savannah, GA

Work Setting: Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

Join a high-end retail team located in the heart of Savannah’s riverfront district. This role supports both a standalone luxury boutique and four in-lobby kiosks offering vintage designer handbags, certified pre-owned watches, premium sunglasses, and fragrances.

As the Retail Supervisor, you will lead both the sales floor and stockroom operations. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining back-of-house organization, and overseeing inventory flow. You’ll train and support team members, assist with merchandising and event setup, and ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. This is a strong stepping stone for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading retail operations, including both sales floor and stockroom functions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory and merchandise flow
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
