Position Overview:

We are seeking a Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a 300-unit affordable housing property in Round Rock, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on daylight savings, with occasional Saturdays as needed. You will be responsible for managing leasing activities, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations, overseeing resident relations, and developing strategies to improve occupancy. This role includes supervising a team of six staff members, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring a positive community environment. You will also be responsible for managing resident certifications, rent collections, and resolving any resident issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in on-site multifamily property management, including 1 year as a Community Manager at an affordable housing (LIHTC) property.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance (LIHTC).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
