District Partners is supporting a nationally recognized legal organization in hiring a Project Manager to lead and support critical technology-driven initiatives across legal operations and business process improvement. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with strong organizational chops, a solutions mindset, and a desire to grow within a tech-enabled legal environment. This position sits on the in the legal Operations team.


Hybrid | Must be based in one of the following locations:

New York | Los Angeles | Santa Monica | Chicago | Palo Alto | Boston | Colorado | Seattle | San Francisco | San Diego | Reston

Compensation: This role is aligned to structured salary bands, with compensation based on experience and location. The maximum base salary for this position is $145,000.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning and execution of technology and innovation-focused projects across legal, IT, and operations teams
  • Own day-to-day project coordination—tracking timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and communicate status updates
  • Contribute to the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows that modernize legal services and operational processes
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership visibility
  • Ensure alignment with broader strategic priorities while keeping execution on track


Required Qualifications:

  • PMP certification required—must be active and in good standing
  • 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably supporting tech implementations or innovation-focused initiatives in a legal, professional services, or enterprise environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid workplace with both virtual and in-person collaboration
