What You'll Do:

• Own the program’s financials end-to-end: budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, reporting, and variance analysis
• Build and refine financial models that keep multimillion-dollar efforts on track
• Be the go-to authority on cost-related matters, ensuring compliance with both government and contract requirements
• Support proposal efforts, working with technical teams to craft accurate, defensible cost estimates
• Oversee resources, making sure the right people and funding align with program priorities
• Enable mission success by keeping leadership and stakeholders grounded in sound financial operations

Preferred Background:

• Hands-on experience as a Cost Analyst, Project Controller, Resource Manager, or Program Manager overseeing the financial side of classified programs
• A strong track record of building budgets and financial models quickly and accurately
• Familiarity with proposal development and technical pricing (a strong plus)
• PMP certification preferred
• And most importantly: an Active Full-Scope Polygraph — this is non-negotiable. (If you have it, you’re part of a select group, and we want to connect you with work that makes full use of that clearance.
