Senior Fullstack Applications Engineer

District Partners is supporting a growing organization in the search for a Senior Full-Stack Application Engineer to help design, build, and support modern, large-scale business applications used across critical operations.


This is a hands-on engineering role focused on full-cycle application development using Angular, Node.js, and cloud-based data platforms. The right person will own applications in production, contribute to ongoing platform modernization, and play a key role in strengthening the overall application ecosystem.


What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications
  • Build modern front-end interfaces using Angular and related frameworks
  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js
  • Design, query, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues across environments
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Support application releases, upgrades, and performance optimization


What You'll Have:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Angular and NgRx experience
  • Strong Node.js backend development experience
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud-based deployment workflows
  • Experience supporting production-grade enterprise applications

Compensation: $120,000 – $175,000 base salary

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C.
