District Partners has been retained by a high-growth home services organization to identify a Director of Marketing, who will bring structure, operational rigor, and performance accountability to a rapidly scaling franchise system. This is not a traditional brand or creative marketing role. This leader will own the marketing engine behind franchise growth, including managing budgets, media investment decisions, vendor relationships, and marketing performance across multiple locations.

You will partner closely with franchise owners, internal leadership, and external vendors to build scalable marketing processes that drive predictable growth across the system. This role requires someone who is confident, direct, data-oriented, and comfortable making firm decisions that protect both brand integrity and financial performance
What You'll Do:
Franchise Marketing Leadership
- Own the franchise marketing playbook and serve as the primary advisor to franchise partners on local marketing strategy
- Ensure local initiatives align with corporate objectives, performance standards, and ROI expectations
- Provide clear guidance — including pushback when needed — to prevent inefficient or low-performing investments
Marketing Operations & Budget Ownership
- Lead franchise marketing budgeting processes and allocation strategy
- Translate high-level marketing goals into repeatable operational workflows
- Monitor spend performance and reallocate investments based on data and business outcomes
Media Buying & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with national and regional vendors across offline and traditional media channels
- Evaluate contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost efficiency and performance accountability
- Oversee media mix decisions informed by CPA, lead quality, and conversion data
Performance & Analytics
- Partner with digital marketing and analytics teams to interpret campaign performance
- Use data to recommend scaling, reducing, or eliminating marketing channels
- Build reporting frameworks that simplify complex data for franchise operators
Brand & Asset Stewardship
- Oversee the Creative Manager and master asset library to ensure brand consistency across all locations
- Maintain operational oversight of marketing assets rather than serving as the creative lead
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic bridge between franchise owners, leadership, and marketing teams
- Build processes that scale as the organization grows nationally
What You'll Have:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within franchise, multi-site, or distributed-location environments
- Strong background in marketing operations, media buying, or performance marketing rather than purely creative marketing
- Experience supporting B2C service-based organizations or home services brands highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and confidently guide decision-making
- Highly analytical; comfortable making decisions using CPA, lead quality, and ROI data
- Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments where structure needed to be built from scratch
- Excellent communicator able to translate marketing data into practical business decisions for non-marketers
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Marietta, GA five days per week
