Senior Account Director, Digital Media
We are seeking a Senior Account Director, Digital Media to own the client business from strategy through execution. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who can lead strategic direction, oversee performance, and stay closely connected to campaign execution across digital channels.
This is not a layered or purely managerial role. It is best suited for someone who thrives in a lean environment, works independently, takes initiative, and feels accountable for results.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior level client relationships and serve as the main strategic contact
- Build digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV
- Align media plans to business goals, revenue targets, and performance KPIs. Oversee budget allocation, audience strategy, testing plans, and optimizations
- Translate reporting into actionable insights and adjust strategy based on live performance.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal and client teams
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts
Qualifications
- 10–12+ years of experience in digital media strategy and account leadership
- Strong background in performance marketing and digital media optimization
- Deep experience across search, social, programmatic, and CTV
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast moving environment
- Strategic, hands on, proactive, and highly accountable
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
