About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations — ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting a high-performing warehouse team.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee both people and processes. You’ll work closely with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure the warehouse supports broader business goals while maintaining top-notch safety, accuracy, and service levels.

If you’re a proactive leader who thrives on organization, teamwork, and continuous improvement, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Daily Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and stockroom staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance reviews for the warehouse team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the company’s 3PL (third-party logistics) partner and assist with oversight of 3PL operations.

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely cycle counts.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Work with suppliers, clients, and carriers to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all materials and products.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and enforce all OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Oversee equipment operation and maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.).
  • Conduct forklift safety training for warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
  • Implement Lean and 5S practices to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance throughput.
  • Develop and refine warehouse procedures to standardize best practices.
  • Support KPI development and reporting for inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, and productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure material availability and schedule alignment.
  • Communicate shipping updates, ETAs, and inventory status to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leadership to align warehouse operations with company goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills; proven ability to coach and motivate.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP/MRP software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes, from receiving to fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as needed and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Competitive salary and full benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement).
  • Leadership role with autonomy and direct impact on company performance.
  • Opportunity to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment where great ideas are valued and results matter.
