Production Manager — Harrisburg, PA

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Lead. Build. Inspire.

We’re partnering with a premier provider and leading manufacturer of custom stone kitchen & bath products for residential & commercial projects who believes in teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. They’re looking for a Production Manager to lead operations at their Harrisburg fabrication facility — someone who thrives on optimizing performance, developing people, and driving excellence on the production floor.

If you’re a hands-on leader who loves coaching teams, solving problems, and making systems run smarter, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

As the Production Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations — leading supervisors and maintenance professionals while keeping a sharp focus on safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll collaborate across departments to keep projects on track and drive process improvements that make a real difference.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and maintenance staff to ensure consistent, high-quality output across all shifts.
  • Build a performance-driven culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee scheduling, labor, and workflow to meet or exceed production goals.
  • Partner with maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life through proactive care.
  • Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all team members work safely and efficiently.
  • Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to align teams and priorities.

What You Bring

You’re a strong leader with both technical and people skills. You know how to motivate teams, improve processes, and get results — all while maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful work environment.

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment (countertop fabrication, building materials, or related industry experience preferred).
  • Proven success leading teams across multiple shifts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for smart decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints methods (preferred).
  • Proficiency with production systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong teams.

The Environment

This is an active, on-the-floor leadership role. You’ll be where the work happens — engaging with your team, identifying solutions, and leading by example.

  • Ability to walk and stand throughout the day in a busy fabrication environment.
  • Occasional lifting, bending, and exposure to noise and machinery.

Why You’ll Love It

You’ll join a company that values growth, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Here, leadership is hands-on, innovation is encouraged, and safety and quality come first. It’s a place where your impact is visible, your ideas are heard, and your leadership drives real results.

If you’re ready to take ownership, build a great team, and lead with purpose — we want to meet you. Apply today!
