We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Templater to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the project planning and fabrication process. It is well-suited for someone with templating or installation experience who enjoys working in the field, traveling, and problem-solving on the job site.

As a Templater, you will be responsible for measuring, creating accurate digital templates, and communicating with a variety of stakeholders. The role requires a strong eye for detail, technical skill with laser templating equipment, and the ability to adapt to different site conditions.

Location: Field-based, with travel up to a 3.5–4 hour radius

Pay: $58,656 annual base salary (guaranteed) + Pay-for-Production ($1.50 per sq. ft. successfully measured)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on project needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and create templates using 2D/3D laser template equipment.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, fabricators, and installers.
• Ensure templates are delivered with precision to minimize callbacks and delays.
• Manage fieldwork with professionalism, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous installation or templating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of templating processes and familiarity with 2D/3D laser equipment.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems on-site.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and long days in the field.
