Join the Third-Party Management Operations function within the procurement organization of a major global financial institution. This team partners with business groups across the Americas to identify, assess, and manage risks created through relationships with external service providers. How You Will Make An Impact:
- Coordinate third-party risk management activities across business units, vendors, procurement partners, and risk stakeholders.
- Support the execution of assessments and operational processes defined by the organization’s third-party risk management framework.
- Track third-party engagements through different stages of the risk management lifecycle.
- Communicate requirements, outstanding actions, risks, and deadlines to internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and help ensure third-party reviews are completed in accordance with established procedures.
- Build effective relationships with business teams and vendors while helping resolve process issues and remove operational roadblocks.
- Support reporting, status updates, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities for multiple concurrent engagements.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of third-party management processes and operational controls.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Third-Party Risk and Project Coordination?
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, procurement operations, project coordination, risk operations, or a related business function.
- Experience coordinating projects, assessments, or operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of third-party risk management frameworks, vendor due diligence, or the third-party lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated relationship-building, follow-up, organization, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and documentation requirements in a structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality and operational excellence.
- Financial services, banking, or another regulated-industry background is preferred.
