Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Month-End Close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage and streamline month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Partner with external auditors to support interim and year-end audit procedures
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency in accounting workflows
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and maintained throughout the engagement

Requirements:

• SaaS industry experience is required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of GL Accounting, AP processes, and close cycles
• Prior experience working with or managing audits
• Experience working with international entities, multi-currency environments a plus
• Ability to hit the ground running and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
