Our Campus Joy Support (Facilities Support) position will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-functioning campus experience. As part of the Campus Joy team, this position supports facilities maintenance, logistics, and day-to-day hospitality by ensuring all shared spaces, supply rooms, and equipment are thoughtfully maintained, fully stocked, and ready for use. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in order, notices details others miss, and finds satisfaction in creating spaces that feel cared for, prepared, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Readiness & Restocking

• Restock and maintain all bathrooms, showers, cafés, kitchens, and lounges
• Ensure paper goods, cleaning products, amenities, and supplies are consistently available and organized
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate restocking needs

Organization & Supply Management

• Organize and maintain office and warehouse supply rooms
• Organize incoming deliveries
• Break down and properly dispose of boxes and packaging materials
• Maintain clear labeling, logical storage systems, and cleanliness across all storage areas

Hospitality Support

• Restock hospitality supplies
• Organize equipment, service ware, and storage areas
• Support Campus Joy logistics before and after meetings, events, or hosted experiences

Equipment & Laundry Care

• Charge and maintain electronic equipment (soap dispensers, hand sanitizing stations, lanterns, etc.)
• Organize and maintain the laundry room
• Manage cleaning supplies, table linens, towels, and related inventory

Cleaning & Detail Care

• Perform detailed cleaning and dusting of décor, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas
• Spot treat stains on furniture and soft surfaces as needed
• Complete interior window cleaning
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness that reflects pride and hospitality

Maintenance & Repairs

• Assist with maintenance projects involving restaurant tables, chairs, office furniture, and shared equipment
• Identify wear, damage, or repair needs and escalate appropriately
• Support facilities maintenance efforts as needed

• Spaces feel consistently clean, calm, organized, and welcoming
• Supplies are easy to find, fully stocked, and logically arranged
• Events and daily operations run smoothly because behind-the-scenes details are handled

• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, moving supplies, standing, walking)

Salary & Benefits:

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
