Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Manager 3 (Construction Manager) opportunity in Los Alamos, NM, to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Per diem is available for those who qualify.
Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required
Work Location: On-Site
Schedule: Typically work 12-hour shifts (24/7 operations, including rotating graveyard and weekend shifts). OT is expected.
Clearance: Active DOE Q clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE Q Clearance.
Summary:
The Construction Managers will provide construction support to TA-55 ALDPI in reconfiguration of PF4. The project just began 24/7 operations so 4 shifts are available.
Qualifications:
· Position requires fifteen (15) years’ experience in construction management related fields
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Previous nuclear power plant or TA-55 experience is desired
· Oil and gas, general construction, remediation, navy nuclear, and other DOE site experience is acceptable
· Experience with all facets of construction and demolition
· Basic project management/EVMS knowledge and fundamentals
· A combination of electrical and mechanical background is a plus
· Structural piping/structural steel focused background is a plus
