District Partners has been retained by a leading national wealth advisory platform to identify an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two senior members of executive leadership within the firm’s Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office division.

The firm combines institutional caliber investment capabilities with boutique level client service, providing highly integrated solutions across investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, and family office advisory.


With a national footprint and a rapidly expanding presence in the ultra high net worth segment, the organization continues to attract top talent who thrive in environments defined by discretion, performance, and impact. As the platform continues to grow, the firm is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior executives responsible for leading critical areas of the family office and operational infrastructure of the organization. This is a high visibility role based in the firm’s Century City office five days per week and positioned at the center of executive leadership and sophisticated client engagement.


The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting strategic priorities, and enabling the continued growth of a premier wealth advisory platform serving some of the most accomplished families in the country.


Targeted base compensation for this position is 90,000 to 110,000 annually, plus a discretionary 20% bonus target.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide high level executive administrative support including complex calendaring, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and professional correspondence
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the assigned executives
  • Coordinate account documentation to ensure complete client and trust packages are delivered to appropriate internal and external partners accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track pending new and existing client accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation or approvals
  • Identify and resolve day to day account and administrative issues with efficiency and discretion
  • Act as a liaison between clients, trust officers, operations staff, and advisory teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Partner closely with the executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, priorities, and strategic responsibilities
  • Ensure document and data integrity across client records and internal systems
  • Generate client documentation and agreements as directed
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence, exercising judgment to determine priority and appropriate routing
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times when handling sensitive client and firm information
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed


What You'll Have:

  • Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support capacity, ideally within wealth management, financial services, family offices, or professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast paced, high accountability environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Experience interfacing with trust accounting systems, operational workflows, or client onboarding processes preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
