As Head of Field Engagement for the Northeast, you will act as a regional executive to drive performance across a diverse set of markets, align regional teams with enterprise-wide goals, and ensure that practice management standards are consistently upheld. Your leadership will be instrumental in accelerating growth, strengthening operating margins, and integrating new teams without compromising service excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with regional leaders to identify untapped opportunities and execute growth strategies tailored to local markets
- Develop and launch field engagement programs that increase revenue, deepen client relationships, and expand share of wallet
- Monitor performance metrics, coach advisors to peak productivity, and hold the region accountable for growth goals
- Collaborate with finance and operations to manage resources, improve efficiency, and reduce cost-to-serve while protecting client impact
- Leverage data and KPIs to align productivity with profitability
- Guide the seamless integration of acquired firms into the regional structure
- Ensure cultural alignment, operational readiness, and retention of top talent and client relationships
- Apply proven change management practices to bring new offices to business-as-usual performance quickly
- Champion adoption of firm-wide best practices, compliance protocols, and operational discipline
- Partner with internal stakeholders to roll out tools, training, and resources that enable advisory excellence
- Develop a deep talent bench through mentorship, career pathing, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure a consistent, differentiated client experience across all field offices
- Identify and eliminate friction points, streamlining processes to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Report to President of Wealth Management
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of leadership in wealth management, practice management, business development, or client experience within financial services
- 5+ years in a senior multi-site executive role
- Proven record of driving both organic and inorganic growth in distributed field environments
- Experience building a wealth management business on a foundation of financial planning/goal-based planning
- Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong data orientation with the ability to translate analytics into strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred. CFP® designation is a plus
- Willingness to travel 30–40% across NY, NJ, New England, and the Mid-Atlantic
