Security Support Analyst

Overview:

Seeking a Security Support Analyst with 3–5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer.

Must have strong technical certifications and hands-on expertise with cybersecurity platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, and/or Dragos.

Key Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in systems administration/engineering
• Nexpose Advanced Certified Administrator
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or similar
• GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) or CEH
• Strong experience with industrial cybersecurity platforms like Claroty, Nozomi and/or Dragos
• Experience with Rapid7, ITIL, and change management
• Skilled in network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, UNIX/Windows OS, malware analysis, and forensic investigations
• Familiar with Endpoint Protection (Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Microsoft ATP), AV products, Tripwire, MS MFA/Azure AD, F5 APM/GTM, and identity management tools (CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, Cyolo)
• Able to work independently Preferred Certifications: Certifications listed above are preferred but not required, depending on experience.
