Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager leads projects and programs aligned with the division’s strategic goals. The individual will be instrumental in supervising the project and systems team, implementing appropriate methodologies ensuring effective execution of divisional projects from inception to implementation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives.


Essential Functions: 

  • Project Development and Management: Oversee large-scale divisional projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Establish standard program, project management practices, and lead a team of project professionals promoting a collaborative work environment and ensuring high-quality output from all teams involved. Foster an environment of accountability, superior client service, and engaged employees and service partners.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, regarding project status, issues, and milestones.
  • Change Management: Partner with Change Management to develop and implement training and readiness plans, maintaining awareness of employee capabilities and ensuring smooth integration of new processes and systems.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and critical dependencies, establish monitoring mechanisms, and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate potential delays and ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and request additional resources, including skilled team members, to meet project milestones without compromising quality or exceeding budget constraints.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside Compliance team to ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining awareness of compliance requirements at the local, State, and Federal jurisdictions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years of program and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in JIRA for release management.
  • Hands-on experience with monday.com to build and manage project plans.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and interact with individuals in the organization to achieve standards and goals that align with the company's key strategy and customer expectations.
