We are currently in search of a Membership Data Manager for a STEM Museum. This position is hybrid, based in Mountain View, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Is This Your Dream Job? The Membership Data Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of information within the organization’s Salesforce system, particularly with regard to donor records and performance metrics. This position acts as the go-to resource for Salesforce reporting, delivering precise data insights and analytics to support both the Development Team and Leadership Team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Experience in nonprofit membership coordination, development, or fundraising required
· Salesforce experience required
· Project management software experience required (Airtable preferred)
How You Will Spend Your Day:
Database Oversight
· Act as the primary resource for Salesforce reporting, delivering reliable data and analysis to meet the needs of the Development Team and leadership.
· Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency within the Salesforce platform, including detailed tracking of donor contributions and generating reports for key initiatives such as pledge reminders, donor recognition (wall/website/annual report), tax documentation, and monthly fundraising updates.
· Manage data tracking, reporting, and assessment for corporate sponsorship activities, ensuring proper stewardship and fulfillment of sponsor benefits.
Project Coordination
· Utilize expert-level Airtable skills to manage timelines, projects, and deliverables.
· Lead the development and execution of a dynamic, rolling project plan to ensure that all tasks are accurately defined, appropriately assigned, and completed on schedule.
Administrative Support
· Prepare Purchase Orders for the department when needed.
· Reconcile the Chief Development Officer’s credit card transactions monthly.
· Serve as the main contact for inquiries sent to the Membership email account.
· Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the Development Team’s work and advance museum goals.
