Job Title: Sales Director – Non-Food / HABA (Costco)

Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Sales Director – Non-Food / HABA to lead Costco business across assigned brand partners within the D20 – Health & Beauty Aids category. This role sits within a Costco-focused sales agency representing non-food consumer brands and serves as the primary strategic partner to both brand stakeholders and Costco buyers.

This leader will own the full Costco business for assigned brands, driving distribution growth, promotional execution, and strong sell-in and sell-through performance within the club retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Costco account management and day-to-day execution for assigned non-food / HABA brand partners
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans aligned with Costco priorities and brand growth objectives
  • Drive item placement, distribution expansion, and promotional programs through compelling selling stories and strong buyer relationships
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for Costco buyers within the D20 – HBA category
  • Partner cross-functionally with analytics, category, and marketing teams to translate syndicated and retailer data into actionable insights
  • Own forecasting, promotional planning, and trade spend management to achieve volume, profit, and distribution targets
  • Advise brand partners on pricing, packaging, and club-ready go-to-market strategy
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including velocity, ACV, promotional lift, and ROI
  • Deliver clear performance recaps and strategic recommendations to brand stakeholders


Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of Costco sales and/or retail brokerage experience supporting CPG brands
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and building senior-level retailer relationships
  • Deep understanding of club channel economics, promotion mechanics, and pack configuration strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, trade management, and performance reporting
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
