Founding Implementation Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 base + equity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that is transforming how businesses automate complex operational workflows using artificial intelligence. The company has raised significant venture funding and is experiencing rapid customer growth across the U.S.
As the organization continues scaling, they are hiring their first Implementation Specialist to build and own the customer onboarding experience from the ground up. This is a high-impact role working directly with the founding team to ensure new customers successfully implement the platform and begin realizing value immediately.
