We want the candidate for the Design Technician to become an integral part of our team! Our client is a consulting engineering and design company specializing in the disciplines Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Information Technology Systems for K-12 educational facilities, higher education facilities of all types, health care facilities, commercial buildings, animal care facilities, retirement facilities, and local governments.

Responsibilities

• Assisting engineers with system design and 3-D modeling, including pipe and duct routing, power distribution, lighting, and layouts.
• Redline corrections to drawings

Qualifications

• Two year degree is strongly desired
• Previous working experience with Revit a plus
