Essential Functions of the Job:

• Prepare construction documents in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Setup drawing files and architectural backgrounds in design programs to company standards
• Draft technical details
• Create and store drawings electronically
• Compose engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications
• Draft plumbing isometric piping diagrams

. Requirements:

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of prior experience required
• Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, etc.…) required
• Plumbing design and installation are a plus but not required

• The ability to read blueprints
• Compute dimensions from architectural plans
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work well with other engineers/designers
