We are presently seeking an enthusiastic design professional for the role of Project Manager.
The ideal candidate is a registered architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and professional licensure. Project Management and Architectural experience should include all phases of architectural design projects from set-up through design and construction administration. Candidates must possess strong skills in team organization and collaboration, design, technical documentation, detailing, code review and interpretation, communication (both verbal and written), and consultant coordination. Experience in mixed-use and/or multi-family residential markets is a plus.
A working knowledge of standard office software programs and an aptitude for learning are required. Experience with ArchiCAD, strong presentation skills and LEED® accreditation are a plus.
