My client has an immediate need for mechanical engineers for our Westchester office with four to eight (4-8) years U.S. Consulting experience in Mechanical Engineering for the design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Responsibilities will include field investigation, analysis, design, production of contract documents, direction of junior engineers, construction administration services, and project management services. The candidate shall have the capability of working on multiple projects and must have great communications skills for relating to clients, other design professionals, contractors, vendors and his/her peers.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

·      Four to Eight years of US Consulting Engineering experience will be considered

·      Familiarity with NYS and NYC codes

·      FE and or PE Preferred

·      Working knowledge of AutoCAD required, knowledge of Revit a plus

·      Knowledge of plumbing and fire protection design a plus

·      LEED Accreditation a plus
