Office Coordinator
W2 Contract

As Office Coordinator, you support a positive and productive workplace by overseeing daily office operations, facility’s needs, vendors, and weekly lunches. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist accounting with check deposits
- Support new-hire onboarding by coordinating facility-related items (office supplies, Caltrain passes, security badges, etc.).
- Contact building management on facilities-related issues
- Implement cleaning schedules, coordinate cleanliness standards, and conduct routine office maintenance
- Order company lunches and all snack and beverage purchases
- Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies
- Set up conference rooms for presentations, meetings, classes, and other events
- Support in coordinating celebratory events and happy hours
What You’ll Bring To The Role:
- 2-4 years’ experience in administration or office management
- A passion for maintaining an exceptional office environment
- An approachable can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Resourceful mindset that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other technologies
