LATAM Recruiter (Remote, Colombia) – $12M COP/month | 6-Month Assignment

We're seeking a seasoned and tech savvy LATAM Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for R&D and G&A. This fully remote position based in Colombia offers a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for R&D and G&A roles across LATAM, from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategies with team objectives
• Source and assess top-tier talent across Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Technical Support, and Operations roles
• Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with role requirements and company values
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Total Rewards
• Maintain high standards of compliance, data tracking, and recruiting SLAs
• Use reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes in talent acquisition

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within global tech companies
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven success recruiting in LATAM, for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, TPMs, and ML engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at advising hiring managers and influencing recruiting outcomes
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance in LATAM markets
• Strong data orientation and ability to represent a compelling employer brand
