Production Technician – $24–$26/hr

Location: Livermore, CA

Assignment: Indefinite temporary assignment with strong potential for conversion after ~6 months

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, early shift (approx. 5:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) with potential overtime

Pay: $24–$26/hr + weekly pay and benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Perform repetitive and non-repetitive mechanical or electromechanical assembly tasks
  • Build precision components using hand tools, measurement devices, and specialized equipment
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or procedures to ensure quality output
  • Operate tools such as arbor presses, ovens, vacuum systems, and test equipment
  • Inspect components for quality and cosmetic standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners as needed
  • Support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards

  • Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors

  • May assist in training or orienting newer team members


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or trade school equivalent
  • 2–4 years of mechanical or production assembly experience
  • Experience in precision manufacturing or similar technical industries preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working an early-morning onsite schedule
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and safety glasses


Ideal Backgrounds

Candidates from precision manufacturing or semiconductor-related environments are especially strong fits, particularly those with mechanical assembly experience.
