We’re looking for an experienced Planning & Scheduling professional to lead integrated scheduling across major capital projects in Nevada. This role sits at the heart of project delivery—partnering with project teams and EPCM contractors to drive schedule certainty, manage risk, and support on-time execution.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Partner with engineering, mining, procurement, and construction teams to align plans
• Track progress against baseline schedules and identify risks and delays early
• Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
• Align schedules with cost forecasts and project cash flow
• Prepare clear, concise schedule updates for project leadership
• Assess schedule impacts from scope or design changes

What You Bring

• Strong experience in project planning and scheduling for capital projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred) and Microsoft Project
• Understanding of project controls (cost, change, reporting)
• Ability to work confidently with EPCM partners and senior stakeholders
• Mining or heavy industrial project experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP certification (or working toward it) preferred
• 3–5 years’ experience in scheduling or project controls (5+ years preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to site
