Our farm is deeply connected to the land and the community around us. In Sceptre, farming isn’t just a business; it’s a way of life. We take pride in contributing to the local economy, supporting neighbouring farms, local businesses, schools, and community initiatives. When you join Armco, you’re not just joining a workplace; you’re becoming part of a close-knit rural community where people know your name and lend a hand when it matters.
While our roots are grounded in tradition, our mindset is progressive. We are committed to sustainable farming practices, continuous innovation, and the adoption of modern technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and environmental stewardship. We believe in doing things the right way, for today and for future generations.
We invest in our people just as much as we invest in our land and equipment. We value team members who are dependable, growth-oriented, and take pride in their work. In return, we offer meaningful work, hands-on experience with modern equipment and systems, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in agriculture.
For those seeking a slower pace of life, strong community connections, and the chance to raise a family in a safe, welcoming rural setting, Armco offers more than a job; it offers a lifestyle rooted in purpose, hard work, and community.
