What You’ll Do:
- Partner across finance, accounting, and operations to deliver accurate and timely reporting that drives decisions
- Own consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and monthly reporting packages
- Lead modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A activity
- Create polished presentations and analyses for executive leadership and the Board
- Play a key role in growth initiatives and special projects, ensuring objectives are achieved
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership, translating financial insights into actionable strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or a similarly analytical role
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge paired with exceptional financial modeling skills
- Confidence in presenting complex financial data clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
