District Partners has been exclusively engaged to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst for a fast-growing, private equity–backed services organization that is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner across finance, accounting, and operations to deliver accurate and timely reporting that drives decisions
  • Own consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and monthly reporting packages
  • Lead modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A activity
  • Create polished presentations and analyses for executive leadership and the Board
  • Play a key role in growth initiatives and special projects, ensuring objectives are achieved
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership, translating financial insights into actionable strategy


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or a similarly analytical role
  • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge paired with exceptional financial modeling skills
  • Confidence in presenting complex financial data clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
