We are hiring multiple Physical Therapists to become a valuable members of our team. These positions involves performing initial evaluations and accurately assessing patient conditions to create tailored goals and treatment plans. This includes providing education, coaching, and planning for patient discharge.


Locations with positions open: Lynnwood WA, Seattle WA, Spokane WA, Kirkland WA, Albany OR, Bend OR, Medford OR, Beaverton OR, Portland OR, Eugene OR, Salem OR, Boise ID, and Burbank, CA,


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients’ physical, functional, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to determine their safe functioning capacity.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and care coordination according to facility policies.
  • Treat a broad range of diagnoses with up-to-date knowledge of therapy techniques, goals, and treatment contraindications.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families about treatments, goals, potential safety risks, and other relevant issues.
  • Manage your own caseload independently to enhance the effectiveness of the overall care plan.
  • Adhere to all relevant Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to special projects and activities as assigned to support company mission and core values.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited institution.
  • Current State Physical Therapist License.
  • Current CPR certification.
