Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $90,000 to $115,000 plus bonus (negotiable).
  • Position starts as a 3-6 month Contract-to-Hire status with intent on converting to FTE after 3-6 months.

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days a week, Work-from-Home on Fridays.


Role Summary:

You’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end partner development across affiliate and wholesale programs. This includes sourcing prospects, managing outreach, guiding new partners through setup, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term success. The position starts as contract-to-hire, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition & Prospecting

  • Identify and vet high-potential partners across affiliate and wholesale categories (e.g., creators, clinics, retailers)
  • Lead outreach efforts via email, discovery calls, and platform tools
  • Use sampling and gifting to drive engagement and partner interest
  • Maintain active lead generation using CRMs and prospecting tools

Program Enablement & Onboarding

  • Guide partners through onboarding, setup, and initial engagement
  • Clearly communicate program structures, incentives, and success strategies
  • Explore collaboration opportunities like co-branded content or educational campaigns
  • Help partners understand how to best promote, sell, or recommend the brand's products

Growth & Relationship Management

  • Support active partners through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and enablement resources
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate gifting, campaign materials, and partner insights
  • Monitor onboarding progress, optimize activation touchpoints, and improve lead-to-close conversion

Pipeline & Metrics Ownership

  • Own the full lifecycle of partner development—from outreach through handoff
  • Report on KPIs such as conversion rates, activation success, and revenue contribution
  • Use data insights to refine targeting strategies and operational workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, operations, and finance to:
  • Align messaging and promotional assets
  • Ensure wholesale processes and order fulfillment run smoothly
  • Feed partner feedback into campaign strategy and product planning

Ideal Background:

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate/wholesale programs (CPG or wellness preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and convert prospects into high-performing partners
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), affiliate platforms, and gifting tools
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with health professionals, wellness clinics, or retail buyers
  • Comfortable with domestic travel (20–30%) for events and partner meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field
