ACCOUNTING | CLIENT ADVISORY SERVICES 

Lutz’s Client Advisory Services team is all about being a trusted partner to businesses, providing day-to-day accounting and financial solutions. From managing bookkeeping and payroll to creating tailored financial reports and data analytics dashboards, our CAS professionals work closely with clients to keep their businesses running smoothly and strategically. MAKE AN IMPACT 

As a CAS Senior Accountant you will 

  • Manage multiple client engagements by preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules 
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to questions and providing timely, accurate information 
  • Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to help clients make informed business decisions 
  • Support clients with accounting software setup, conversions, and process improvements 
  • Identify and research accounting issues, ensuring compliance with GAAP and firm standards 
  • Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to provide coordinated client service 
  • Train and mentor staff accountants, reviewing their work and providing feedback to support professional development 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline client processes and recommend technology solutions that drive efficiency 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, client advisory services, or consulting services  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
  • CPA designation or eligibility preferred 
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting 
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and general ledger work 
  • Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and other financial management systems   
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and work effectively in a team environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
