ACCOUNTING | CLIENT ADVISORY SERVICES

MAKE AN IMPACT 

As a CAS Senior Accountant, you will 

  • Serve as the firm go-to and in-house expert for all things QuickBooks Online  
  • Lead client engagements focused on leveraging accounting and financial systems to streamline processes and improve reporting 
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, assisting with system selection, implementation, and optimization 
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports using cloud-based platforms 
  • Design and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights to clients 
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients and staff on accounting systems and reporting tools 
  • Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to integrate financial data across systems for accurate, timely reporting 
  • Research emerging accounting technology solutions and recommend improvements to enhance client efficiency 
  • Mentor staff by reviewing system-related work and providing coaching on both technical accounting and technology applications  

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • A minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, private accounting, advisory services, or a systems-focused accounting role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field 
  • QuickBooks certification preferred  
  • CPA designation or eligibility preferred 
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting combined with experience in system implementation or optimization 
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or similar 
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI or similar) 
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reporting 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple client engagements and deadlines 
  • Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
