OPPORTUNITY

For a recent graduate with interest in combining a blend of architecture and engineering by providing support in the process engineering design of large industrial and commercial facilities. Join an integrated team of architects, engineers and project managers and engage in challenging projects up to $500 million for many of the biggest brands in the industry. This role will develop a broad set of architectural and engineering drafting and design competencies, consultation, and problem-solving skills in an environment that values collaboration.

POSITION

Reports directly to the Manager of Process Layout. Assists in the development of a project from preliminary design through construction documents with the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial design projects. Apply knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and computer aided design (CAD), execute assigned modeling/drafting tasks, convert models to desired file types for team members & clients, manage department drawing templates, and work proactively across multi-discipline design teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A.S. in ME, ChE, AE, CETAO, or related engineering field; Entry to 2 years of relevant experience required
• BIM, Revit, AutoCAD experience producing construction documents a plus
• Commitment to professional growth
• Proven self-starter with the ability to manage time and work priorities independently
