Project Architect

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire design and construction project life cycle from initial client meetings to occupancy. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities to contribute to the quality of work coming from Confidential.

Responsibilities

· Oversee delivery of project and project team

· Coordinate with project consultants, schedule, construction administration to meet timelines

· Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) with strong communication skills

· Lead and guide the production of construction documents

· Act as point of contact for all technical issues

· Perform quality control measures in accordance with company guidelines

Must-haves

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 5-6 years post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Strong technical expertise related to design and construction including, but not limited to, codes, and zoning regulations

· Experience with construction administration

· Document project specifications and create reports, estimates, and calculations

· Technically strong enough to help and guide younger team members and interns
