We are looking for a Registered Architect with a minimum 7 years of post-licensure experience in project design and project management. Specific experience in education markets (K12, Community College, College, and University) is preferred. However, additional experience in other public architecture markets (municipal, county, state) or private development markets is also desirable. The position includes client engagement, managing consultants and contractors, project scheduling and an overall solutions- oriented approach. Advanced technical knowledge, including the ability to prepare detailed construction documents (including specifications) using Revit is required. Design software proficiencies in Adobe Creative, Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion, and/or other similar programs is preferred. The ideal candidate for the position is a creative, self-motivated, and engaged professional that collaborates internally and externally and is passionate about their future with my client.
