Business Development Strategist

We're looking for a Business Development Strategist who isn’t afraid to think big, challenge the status quo, and help us expand our impact across the Pacific Northwest.

This role is for someone who thrives in the gray area between vision and execution - someone who’s not just a connector, but a trusted thought partner to firm leadership. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we grow, where we go next, and how we continue delivering meaningful public projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion strategic growth initiatives and guide market expansion
• Partner with Practice Leads to craft pursuit strategies and unlock new opportunities
• Cultivate deep relationships with clients and partners across the region
• Lead go/no-go conversations with confidence and insight
• Help translate Osborn’s technical strengths into compelling, winning narratives
• Use data, instinct, and influence to move opportunities forward

Who You Are:

• 12+ years of experience in BD, strategic growth, or leadership within the AEC industry
• Deeply familiar with public agency clients and procurement processes
• Strong communicator, trusted advisor, and collaborative leader
• Background in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or a related field
• Someone who naturally builds trust, earns influence, and sees the big picture
