Manufacturing Production Associate
Location: Richmond, CA (Must be local)
Pay Rate: $19.18 – $22.00/hr (Depends on experience) + overtime
Contract: 3-month contract (Potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Some weekends as needed)

✔ Must have experience in warehouse/production. Experience operating or troubleshooting production equipment is required.
✔ Comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems

Job Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on semi-automated filling, labeling, and finishing equipment
- Dispense, package, cap, torque, and assemble dry and/or wet products, components, and kits following approved procedures
- Prepare and maintain clean and organized production areas
- Verify materials, perform line clearance, and maintain compliance
- Perform in-process inspections (checking weights, counts, and product quality)
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, PPE, and EHS requirements
- Manage material flow and inventory (forklift training provided)
- Support audits, cross-training, special projects, and flexible shift coverage
- Occasional use of a full-face supplied-air breathing mask is required
- Keep production running smoothly by operating equipment efficiently and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain high product quality by following procedures and performing inspections
- Support continuous improvement through good housekeeping, waste reduction, and process improvements
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
- Promote a safe work environment and communicate any production issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of Production experience with troubleshooting equipment
- Experience operating or troubleshooting production equipment other or similar equipment
- Experience with inventory
- Experience with inspections of materials- check weight, counts etc
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to read instructions, use basic math, and work with computers
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn (training provided)
- Available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
- Pass background and drug test
