About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5–15 years of practice to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong operator in the legal field—both a skilled legal writer and a confident performer in the courtroom. This role involves handling a steady caseload of condominium law, foreclosure, eviction, and collections matters, requiring sharp litigation skills and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial or resolution.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation matters, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
- Handle all aspects of case management, including strategy development, legal research, and client communications.
- Attend court proceedings throughout Florida as required.

Manage a billable hour target of 1,500–1,600 annually while maintaining high-quality work.
- Provide counsel on condominium law issues, including governing documents, disputes, and compliance.
- Oversee foreclosure, eviction, and collections cases from start to finish.
Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

5–15 years of litigation experience with proven trial and courtroom performance.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and technically sound legal documents.

Demonstrated experience in condo law, foreclosure, evictions, and collections.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
