About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5–15 years of practice to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong operator in the legal field—both a skilled legal writer and a confident performer in the courtroom. This role involves handling a steady caseload of condominium law, foreclosure, eviction, and collections matters, requiring sharp litigation skills and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial or resolution.


Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in litigation matters, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
  • Handle all aspects of case management, including strategy development, legal research, and client communications.
  • Attend court proceedings throughout Florida as required.
  • Manage a billable hour target of 1,500–1,600 annually while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Provide counsel on condominium law issues, including governing documents, disputes, and compliance.
  • Oversee foreclosure, eviction, and collections cases from start to finish.


Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
  • 5–15 years of litigation experience with proven trial and courtroom performance.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and technically sound legal documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in condo law, foreclosure, evictions, and collections.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
