About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from architects and engineers.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp or BIM 360 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with North American building codes (e.g., IBC, OBC) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
