About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from architects and engineers.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp or BIM 360 is a plus.
- Familiarity with North American building codes (e.g., IBC, OBC) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
