Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UI/UX professional to join our team as an External Contractor. You will be responsible for conducting pre-deployment and post-deployment reviews of our digital products, ensuring that they meet user experience standards and UI design specifications. Your role will involve analyzing designs, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements based on best practices in user interface and experience design.
Key Responsibility:
- Pre-Deployment Review:
- Conduct thorough UI/UX reviews of digital products before they are deployed.
- Ensure designs align with user-centered principles and meet usability standards.
- Identify potential usability issues and suggest enhancements.
- Validate design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to provide feedback and ensure that the final product matches the original design specifications.
- Post-Deployment Review:
- Assess user interaction and feedback post-deployment to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from real users.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed UI/UX solutions, focusing on user engagement, navigation flow, and interface responsiveness.
- Propose and document solutions for UX/UI refinements.
- Ensure that deployed changes are aligned with company standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with pre/post-deployment review experience.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
Must Have:
- UI/UX Design Expertise:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Ability to translate user needs into practical and visually appealing designs.
- Usability Testing:
- Experience conducting pre- and post-deployment usability tests, A/B testing, and user research.
- Proficiency in analyzing user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to critically evaluate design elements and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing user flows and identifying areas of friction.
- Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify UI/UX issues and propose actionable solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
