What You’ll Do

• Lead research and interviews
• Build clear strategic recommendations and executive‑ready deliverables
• Facilitate working sessions and decision‑making
• Present to senior leaders
• Mentor teammates and support firm growth

Growth Path

Start as a core strategist. Grow into:

• Project Lead — owning client relationships
• Content Lead — shaping the firm’s intellectual direction

What You Bring

• 5–10 years in strategy, consulting, design, research, innovation, product, or brand
• Depth in one discipline + exposure to another
• Strong judgment, clarity, and early executive presence
• Comfort with ambiguity and high standards
• Background in rigorous academic or professional environments
