Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in restoring and enhancing our patients' physical functions. This position involves treating various orthopedic conditions, such as acute work-related injuries, pre and post-surgical recovery, and workplace wellness initiatives. By designing personalized programs aligned with each patient's goals, you'll help them return to work and daily life confidently. Our therapy division emphasizes top-quality care with a focus on rapid recovery and patient engagement. Responsibilities:

• Assess and create personalized treatment plans.
• Modify treatment strategies based on patient progress.
• Instruct & educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in patient interactions.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• California PT license.
• Dedication to patient care and outcomes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
