Position: Nurse Manager – Emergency Room (ER) - Sign On Bonus

Are you a dynamic ER nurse leader ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a fast-paced Emergency Department and two off-campus ER locations. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-volume, high-acuity setting — all while being part of a supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor ER nursing staff across multiple sites
• Foster a climate that encourages autonomy and evidence-based care
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, patient satisfaction, and staff development
• Collaborate with executive leadership and medical teams to improve patient outcomes
• Apply clinical expertise to address population-specific emergency care needs

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care ER leadership (supervisor/manager level)
• Background in a high-performing hospital system (HCA experience preferred)
• Current RN license in Texas (or temporary permit)
• Bachelor’s in Nursing (required), Master’s preferred
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certification (or willing to obtain within 12 months)
• National certification in area of expertise (CEN, CCRN, etc.) preferred
